By the numbers

Built in public. Receipts on file.

Every metric on this page comes from a project that is currently running — not a deck, not a forecast. The systems below are paying their own bills.

We ship fast because we run a small team with strong creative output and an unreasonable bias toward automation. Volume is what most agencies sell — we sell quality, then automate the parts that don't need a human.

Multi-business automation

Michaelshof Sammatz

A community in Niedersachsen running four businesses out of one campus — an online library, an online shop, a public-facing website and an internal finance operation. I built four independent systems, each one taking a recurring drain off their team.

Online library

Books translated in an hour, not a day

Drop a scanned PDF in, get back a formatted German .docx. ~15h human work → minutes. €15 of tokens per book.

Online shop

Hundreds of products synced in seconds

Weekly farm order list syncs prices and product availability across the shop. 3+ hours saved every week.

Main website

Klara — the AI receptionist

Custom chatbot answers questions, signs people up for events, books cafe tables. Works 24/7, no typing.

Finance team

Every contract, every payment, one dashboard

DSGVO-compliant ingest + classification. Quiet alert before any large payment hits the account.

Full marketing operations

Juan Valdez

The Juan Valdez franchise in New Zealand runs their entire marketing stack on the systems Mango Studio built — paid ads, weekly newsletters, and short-form social produced at quality indistinguishable from human work. Not AI slop. Their growth channel runs without anyone touching it.

Paid ads

Ads that don't look generated

Variant creative shipped weekly. Tested, retired, rebuilt. The metric we care about is CAC, not impressions.

Newsletter

A weekly broadcast their list actually reads

Personalised by city and store, drafted by AI, edited by a human. Open rates stayed in growth-stage territory.

Short-form

TikTok and Reels at a pace humans can't match

30+ scripted shorts a month per franchise. Voiced and edited with a workflow that scales without losing voice.

Social media production

YourWeb NZ

YourWeb builds websites for New Zealand businesses. We build the short-form content engine that keeps them visible online while their team focuses on shipping client work — the social side of the agency runs on Mango Studio.

Content engine

Always-on production

A scripted, voiced, edited short-form pipeline that ships consistent volume without anyone owning it as a day-job.

Strategy

Quarterly content audits

Hooks, themes and CTAs reviewed each quarter against engagement data, then re-pointed at the strongest signal.

Workflow re-engineering

Process consulting

I sit down with founders and walk through every workflow in their business. The output is a clear map of what AI should take, what should stay human, and how the team gets restructured around the result. The biggest win so far: a 10-person web team turned into 4 people doing better work, with the other six redeployed to outreach.

Case

10 → 4 on the web team

Branding, asset gathering, SEO and code consolidated into a Claude Code / Codex setup. Quality improved, speed doubled, six people freed for revenue.

Method

Process before automation

Most agencies don't have a problem with AI tools — they have a problem with their process. We map first, then automate the parts that survive that map.

Outcome

Same headcount, more revenue

Outreach capacity goes up, delivery cost goes down, margin stays inside the agency instead of leaving with churn.

Viral Carousel Bot

A 12-account, 8-language TikTok auto-poster that grew to 45K followers and 7.5M+ views in three weeks. Started as a manual carousel generator in January, now runs on its own and pays for itself every month.

Customers warm an account up by hand for four or five days, then connect it to the auto-poster, set language, niche, tone and CTA. The system researches what's hitting, writes the posts, and ships them on schedule — about 80 carousels a day across our own 12 accounts.

There's a dashboard for content management, analytics, posting cadence, and switching between TikTok and Telegram delivery. The first version shipped in days, broke a few times, and got rebuilt around what real commercial users actually wanted.

Built with Jesus Agamez, Mango's creative director (120K+ TikTok). His scripting is why these posts convert — bots can post at volume, only humans make people feel something. We use his voice on our own marketing carousels to sell more subscriptions.

ManyChat DM funnel

Comment a keyword on a viral video, get an automated DM that sorts you into the right path — learner or business owner — without me ever typing a word. One viral video handled 2,000+ leads on its own.

130+

Videos / 2 days

17K

Followers / 2 wks

ManyChat watches our Instagram posts for keyword comments. When someone drops 'AI' under a video, they get an automated DM with a couple qualifying questions — learner or business owner, what they actually want, where they're at.

Learners get pushed to the community waitlist signup. Business owners get pulled into a deeper qualifying flow and end up booking a discovery call. 15% of leads from that one viral video signed up to the waitlist; a handful of business owners booked calls.

It only works because the creative team can ship 130+ videos in under 48 hours. Volume + the right hook is what gets you 17K followers in two weeks on a personal brand account.

How I work

Three rules I don't break.

01

Ship the thing, learn from the thing

Every project on this page started as 'I wonder if this is possible'. Translate a scanned book? Try it. Grow a TikTok without ever logging in? Try it. Build, run, watch it work, then refine. The first version is always wrong in some specific way — but you only learn the way it's wrong by shipping it.

02

AI without the slop

Use AI where it earns its keep — translation, classification, repetitive ops, first drafts. Keep the taste and the judgment human. The reason Juan Valdez's marketing doesn't look generated is that Jesus writes the hooks, the AI writes the variants, and the editor catches the bad ones. Volume and quality are not opposites if you split them properly.

03

Help the people who don't work at OpenAI

The biggest gains from AI aren't going to AI labs. They're for the bookkeeper in a community in Niedersachsen who used to spend Tuesdays scanning, and the agency owner in New Zealand who couldn't keep up with social. That's where every system on this page is pointed — and where the community I'm building leads.
